CORPORATE ORDERS:

SMALL ORDERS: 4 or less just be placed at least 10 days in advance

BULK ORDERS & LARGE ARRANGEMENTS: orders should be places 2 - 3 weeks in advance.

DELIVERY: MONDAY - SATURDAY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY PLEASE EMAIL TO REQUEST.

Flower Phenom can customize corporate bulk orders (5+) - Please bulk order form located in the menu. Anything less than 5 items is designers choice.

DELIVERY - until 4:00 PM.

Orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance. All arrangements are made to order, and will be hand delivered. Please refer to FAQs for delivery zones.

You have the option of a vase arrangement or bouquet (no vase). Vases may vary in shape, color, size and material. Some vases are rare and therefore are limited in inventory. Bouquets are wrapped in fabric - designers choice.

Bespoke florals are flower heavy.
Va Va Voom (LUX I) & The Phenom (LUX II) - specialty flowers are included and require at least two weeks notice as I will need to place and order for certain flowers.

For reference the photo is an example of my work, and is considered a large (L) arrangement. If you desire a similar style, please indicate this in the notes section at checkout. Keep in mind that each arrangement is unique, and will differ from the photo as flowers and stems vary in shape and size. You can always allow me to curate something just for you!

COMPLIMENTARY:

If you would like a note card to be presented to your recipient, please add a short message in the notes section at checkout - the message will be handwritten in a card.

Certain flowers are seasonal so your arrangement may contain a different variety of flowers. In addition, flowers may vary in color, shape and size - each arrangement will be designed especially for you. I will always try to get my hands on the flowers in the photo - if you desire this particular style. However, flower selection is also subject to the market's availability - and substitutions will be made when selecting color and flower variety.
How to place an order:

• Please provide the following details in the notes section at check out:

- Recipient’s Name/Business Name/Your name (if the arrangement is for you)
- Date of delivery & Occasion
- Address and Telephone Number of recipient
- Short note for card (optional)

Due to the nature of flowers, they are not here forever so enjoy your arrangement while you can.
