Q. How many weeks in advance can I place an order?

- You can place an order for Small - large arrangements 1 month in advance. However, all arrangements require orders to be placed at least 3 days in advance. 

Q. Do you ship floral arrangements?

- Flower Phenom does not have a shipping option available due to the nature of the product. 

Q. Are pick-ups available?

- Pick-ups are currently unavailable.

Q. What zones do you deliver to?

All arrangements are hand delivered. Deliveries are available for the following locations: Queens: Forest Hills, Rego Park, Kew Gardens, Flushing, LIC, St. Albans, Laurelton, Queens Village, and Springfield. Manhattan: Midtown, upper & lower Manhattan. Brooklyn: Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Long Island: Nassau & Suffolk. Delivery fees are based upon location. Please remember to select the delivery option for your location or recipient's location.       

Q. Will every flower I request for my arrangement be available? 

- Certain flowers are seasonal, and some venders may not have the exact flowers you request in their inventory. Therefore, substitutions will be made.  

Q. Can I cancel my order?

- You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After that I start sourcing/placing orders for your arrangement/arrangements.
